The technology rids the value chain of carbon disulfide – the most challenging, hazardous and biologically harmful chemical in the fashion industry. Infinited Fiber is also flexible and can be integrated into existing pulp, dissolving pulp and viscose fiber plants.

Intelligent Solar Tracking System Technology

Solar PV’s generation capacity relies on receiving solar radiation. Traditional photovoltaic generating plants install crystalline silicon panels in a fixed base so that the panels are at a constant angle relative to solar trajectory.

Intelligent solar tracking system technology innovated by Huangshan Runsol, uses an intelligent tracking remote control to rotate solar PV panels automatically with the movements of the sun. Thus, the solar panel’s generating capacity was enhanced by enabling its surface to receive much more solar radiation. This technology extensively applies to solar PVs installed in fish ponds, mountains, and roofs with a max slope of 20 degrees and temperature ranging -35℃ to 65℃. This effectively solves natural environmental problems, foundation settlements as well as other problems that may damage the system. Compared to common stationary supports, this tracking system could improve power generating capacity by 10% to 45%. It also has a 25-years operation life for photovoltaic power plants. This benefit is far greater than the initial construction and maintenance costs. Intelligent solar tracking system has passed the UL2703 and UL3703 standard test certifications in October 2016.

PV power has become an important solution of the future energy problem, however, in the manufacturing cost of mainstream crystalline silicon (c-Si) PV modules, silicon wafer accounts for a big proportion, and it is also the most energy consuming and polluting process in the PV industry chain.

Yes Solar Energy Technology develops a route with no cutting and slicing process to fabricate the super-thin and flexible c-Si solar cells. It eliminates the typical energy intensive steps in traditional production process of solar cell, such as the Siemens process, ingot, slicing, etc. The consumption of silicon material is only 1/10 of the traditional process, and the cell manufacturing energy consumption is only 1/4 of traditional c-Si technology. This kind of PV cell and module products are high-efficient, flexible and super-thin with thickness less than 40 μm. With advanced battery structure and processing technology, the component efficiency can reach as high as 22%.It also shows outstanding performance with wide angle light and weak light. The working temperature of component is 5-7 degrees lower than that of the traditional product, leading to a greatly improved energy output in the actual operating environment. Packaging on flexible substrate is achieved through the breakthrough in the process integration. By a unique intermediate-pressure-plasma process, a c-Si thin-film can be obtained with a deposition rate of 10 times faster, a production yield of 2 times higher, and a temperature of 400 ℃ lower than those typically attained by the conventional thermal chemical vapor deposition.

The product is mainly used in the differentiated market including building integration, military applications, solar powered aircraft, stratospheric airship, unmanned aerial vehicles, mobile electronics, electric vehicles, smart wear, etc. When large-scale produced in the future, it will also be applied to distributed PV power generation projects.

NavAlt envisions a more efficient water transport system which doesn’t use fossil fuels. Navalt’s inland passenger transport solution, the solar ferry, does not pollute the air or water, has low noise and vibration, and avoids smells from diesel. Most importantly the daily operating cost is 1/40th of a diesel ferry. In its first year of operation, NavAlt’s first solar ferry transported 500 000 people across the backwaters of Kerala, travelled 20 000 km without a single drop of fuel and saved 35 000 litres of diesel, or 94 tonnes of CO₂ and 8 tonnes of other harmful emissions.
